Job Advertisement: Business Analyst (Smart Building)

Are you a passionate Business Analyst with expertise in Smart Building Technology? Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their team on a temporary basis for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £650, outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• analyse and optimise smart building systems, focusing on Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, sensors for asset management, and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement space optimisation strategies and enhance overall building performance.
• Leverage Digital Twin technology to create accurate simulations and improve decision-making processes.
• Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) to streamline operations and support sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the smart building sector.
• Strong knowledge of IoT, sensor technologies, and BMS systems.
• Demonstrated ability in space and energy optimisation within a smart building context.
• Familiarity with Digital Twin technology and its application in building management.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
• Daily Rate: Up To £650
• Location: Remote with occasional visits to Birmingham
• Driving Required: No
