This is an exceptional Senior M&A Project Manager contract opportunity to join a leading tech company.

The M&A Project Manager contract is Hybrid with 3 days a week on site in central London the other days working from home. Therefore, you must be based at a commutable distance.

The M&A Project Manager role is Outside IR35.

As M&A Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and transition of IT Infrastructure of newly acquired businesses onto the company's existing infrastructure. As Senior M&A Project Manager experience joining busy, existing programmes and projects (including those behind schedule is essential. As M&A Project Manager a proven track record overseeing M365 integration, migration and separation programmes is essential as is in depth M365, Azure and IAM experience. A proven track record building and maintaining programme plans, RAID, logs milestone etc is essential as is the planning and due diligence to M&A and cutover projects from the early planning stages. Prince2, PMP or similar certifications are required as M&A Project Manager as are excellent line & stakeholder management,
