I’m supporting a global business on a key hire within their Customer Technology team - and this is a role that puts you right at the heart of where technology meets real-world experience.

?? Exciting environments: You’ll be on-site at live events, stadiums, major venues, universities, and household-name organisations - delivering tech that directly impacts the customer experience.

?? End-to-end ownership: This isn’t governance-heavy PM work. You’ll lead full lifecycle implementations - from discovery and mobilisation through to go-live and service transition.

?? On-the-road flexibility:Expect to be on client sites weekly, keeping things fast-paced and varied. You’ll also have an office base in Macclesfield as and when needed.

?? What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering multi-site technology rollouts across complex, live environments
• Managing projects from discovery through to go-live and BAU handover
• Working closely with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to shape and deliver solutions
• Acting as the bridge between business, tech teams, and third parties
• Providing on-site support during key deployments and escalations
• Managing risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations

?? What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering technology implementations / rollouts across multiple sites
• Background in retail, hospitality, venues or similar
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset - someone who gets things done on the ground
• Comfortable working at pace in a contract environment

?? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visible, tangible delivery - seeing your work go live across real sites, not just sitting in status meetings.
