Business Analyst - Business Process Mapping, Salesforce - remote, 6 months, to £500 p/d outside IR35

A Business Analyst is required to work on the business process mapping as part of a large ERP data migration, Transformation programme. You will have extensive business analysis experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing/supply chain/logistics/retail environment, with excellent business process mapping (BPM), documentation experience with good knowledge of Salesforce. Any knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Infor/IFS) advantageous. You will have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. The role will involve working on the migration of data from Legacy ERPs to a new ERP Infor and CRM Salesforce, liaising with the business, stakeholders, working closely with the customer services team, gathering requirements, producing functional specifications, As-Is', To-be', dealing with the business process mapping, documentation and producing the training material. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
