Senior Project Manager at TXP, West Midlands (County), £450 to £550 per Day

£450-£550 per day | Outside IR35 | Mainly Remote | Initially until the end of September 2026 | Immediate start

We are seeking a calm, credible Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with strong Agile methodology experience to lead a business‑critical delivery, managing a third‑party supplier building and delivering a brand‑new platform.

Essential experience:

• Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
• Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager background
• Strong understanding and application of Agile delivery methodologies
• Hands‑on third‑party supplier management
• End‑to‑end ownership of new platform delivery
• Senior‑level stakeholder management and engagement

• Confident engaging with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
• Calm under pressure; authoritative, flexible, and credible
• Strong judgement balancing pace, risk, and control
• Comfortable owning outcomes in high‑visibility, critical delivery roles

This is a high‑impact contract for an experienced PM who can lead suppliers, navigate regulation, and deliver confidently at senior level.
