We are seeking an experienced NowAssist Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow's AI-driven capabilities across HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

This is a senior, hands-on contract role suited to a consultant who can operate at both architectural and delivery levels - shaping AI-enabled service experiences, integrating NowAssist into existing operating models, and ensuring tangible value is realised across HR and IT functions.

• Own the end-to-end architecture for NowAssist across HRSD and ITSM, ensuring alignment with enterprise ServiceNow strategy
• Design AI-driven solutions leveraging:
  • NowAssist for HR Service Delivery
  • NowAssist for ITSM (incident, request, problem, knowledge)
• Define conversational AI patterns, virtual agent journeys, and generative AI use cases
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practice, security, data privacy, and compliance standards
