Weโ€™re supporting a consultancy on a high-intensity discovery and diagnostic programme within a large, complex organisation.

The data sits across multiple platforms, pipelines and domains with limited standardisation or governance.

Thereโ€™s strong ambition around AI but no clear definition of:

โ€ข what โ€œAIโ€ means in practice

โ€ข what use cases are viable

โ€ข or whether the data foundations can support it

๐Ÿ‘‰ Your role is to cut through the noise.

This is a fast-paced (2-month), high-impact engagement where youโ€™ll:

โ€ข assess the current data landscape

โ€ข define whatโ€™s actually happening vs whatโ€™s assumed

โ€ข align stakeholders on realistic AI ambitions

โ€ข and identify the gaps, risks and opportunities to move forward

๐ŸŽฏ What Weโ€™re Looking For

๐Ÿ‘‰ Strong background in data architecture + platform assessment

๐Ÿ‘‰ Proven experience running data / AI discovery or diagnostic engagements

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ability to operate at both:

โ€ข strategic level (framing ambition, defining roadmap)

โ€ข hands-on level (interrogating pipelines, platforms, data flows)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience working in fragmented / legacy data environments

๐Ÿ‘‰ Strong understanding of AI readiness and realistic use case definition

๐Ÿ‘‰ Comfortable being client-facing in ambiguous environments

๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience within consultancies or similar advisory roles is highly valuable
