£500 per day - Outside IR35

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a defence programme, with a strong focus on data-driven delivery in a highly regulated environment.

Key requirements:

• Mandatory defence experience, with proven delivery in secure or sensitive programmes
• Active SC clearance and British citizenship (essential)
• Strong experience in data requirements gathering, including working with multiple data sources and complex system landscapes
• Hands-on capability across data quality, data governance, and data assurance, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
• Experience working closely with technical teams to define data definitions, rules, controls, and reporting requirements

This role suits a confident, delivery-focused BA who can operate effectively between business, data, and technology stakeholders within a defence context.
