This is a highly visible role within a fast‑paced transformation programme, based primarily on‑site in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and senior stakeholder communications
  • Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, security and identity teams across both buyer and seller environments
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Support integration or separation activities across O365, Azure and core IT infrastructure

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT infrastructure programmes
  • Strong background in M&A, pre‑deal, merger or separation projects
  • Demonstrable experience managing tenant‑to‑tenant migrations (O365 and/or Azure environments)
  • Extensive experience in third‑party management within complex enterprise programmes
  • Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, ambiguous pre‑deal environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C‑suite engagement
