Regulatory Reporting Consultant– Capital Focus

UK (Remote) | 6-month initial contract | Outside IR35

A fast-scaling financial services business is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Consultant to lead capital-focused regulatory reporting across multiple entities, working closely with Finance, Risk, and senior stakeholders.

Key Focus

• Ownership of capital reporting (COREP, leverage ratio, large exposures)
• Strengthening controls, governance, and reporting accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital regulatory reporting and internal MI
• Maintain robust control and governance frameworks
• Ensure accurate, timely submissions
• Review and challenge data, ensuring clear stakeholder communication
• Interpret capital regulations and assess impact of regulatory change
• Support process improvements and new product reporting

Experience Required

• 5+ years’ regulatory reporting experience in a UK-regulated bank
• Strong capital reporting knowledge (COREP, CRR/CRD IV, Basel III)
• Proven control and governance expertise
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
