About the Role:
We are seeking a Programme Lead to drive a high-impact change and transformation programme, focused on merging multiple business units into a single, fully integrated operational entity. The successful candidate will also establish and operationalise a Programme Management Office (PMO) to support enterprise-wide transformation, embedding lasting capability and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management programme merging multiple business units into one cohesive organisation.
- Design, implement, and operationalise a fully functional PMO to support strategic transformation.
- Develop and execute organisational change strategies, including TOM implementation, workforce integration, and culture alignment.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder landscapes.
- Oversee delivery teams, including PMO, change, and operational functions, ensuring high standards of governance.
- Implement risk, dependency, and performance management frameworks to track programme success.
- Ensure effective post-go-live stabilisation and hypercare, minimising operational disruption.
- Mentor and build capability across change leaders and delivery teams to sustain transformation benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes, including mergers or acquisitions.
- Experience in Power & Grid, Utilities, FM, or Construction sectors.
- Strong executive presence with experience advising and influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to create and operationalise a Programme Management Office (PMO).
- Expertise in TOM implementation, digital transformation, and organisational change.
- Skilled in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and Lean/Agile principles.
- Track record of delivering measurable benefits and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
