Integration Engineer (C#) - £600-650 per day - London

(.NET, C#, SQL, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines)

We're working with a leading Insuretech company that are looking for an Integration Engineer to join them for an initial 6-month contract. This person will be tasked with leading engineering teams by combining strong delivery management with hands-on technical leadership and stakeholder management.

This role will fall OUTSIDE IR35 and will require travel to their City of London based office twice per week.

Skills and Knowledge

Technical & Professional

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) for building APIs, services, and integration components.
• Proficiency with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus (pub/sub), Event Grid (event-driven).
• Experience in microservices architecture and container orchestration with Docker and AKS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control in Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (pub/sub, event-driven, API-led connectivity, request/response, batch).
• Knowledge of relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in messaging and serialization formats (JSON, XML, Avro).
• Awareness of security standards and practices (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, API security).
