Senior Data Engineer | Financial Services | Greater Manchester | Outside IR35

Immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a financial services organisation in Manchester on a contract basis, working on a modern Snowflake data platform.

You will play a key role in delivering high quality data engineering solutions, supporting critical data initiatives and helping scale the organisation's cloud data capability.

Key focus:

Designing and building scalable data pipelines within Snowflake
Optimising data models and warehouse performance
Working closely with stakeholders to deliver data solutions
Supporting ongoing data platform enhancements and initiatives
Ensuring data quality, governance and best practices

We are looking for:

Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer
Strong hands on Snowflake experience
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Strong SQL and data modelling skills
Experience within financial services is highly desirable
Ability to operate independently and deliver with minimal oversight

Outside IR35, hybrid working in Manchester. Immediate start.
