Senior Business Analyst – IWMS / Integration
Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 40% onsite)
Contract: Until the end of the year
Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)
An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to support a high-profile transformation programme within a leading UK financial institution. This role will focus on analysing, documenting, and optimising processes within an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), alongside supporting system integration with a third-party supplier platform.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse existing business processes within the current IWMS environment, documenting workflows, data usage, and system interactions
Engage with stakeholders to gather and define both functional and non-functional requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Define and document system interfaces, including data flows, integration points, and trigger mechanisms
Work closely with technical teams to understand APIs, data structures, and integration capabilities
Produce detailed process maps (as-is and to-be) using BPMN or similar modelling techniques
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical and vendor teams
Maintain high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment on system behaviour
and integration requirements
Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology-driven environments
Strong process analysis and modelling capability, ideally using BPMN
Experience working on system integrations, including data flows and interface analysis
Exposure to IWMS platforms such as Planon, Archibus, MRI, or similar
Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and requirements artefacts
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience working across business and technical teams
Additional Requirements
Active SC clearance is required for this role
