- Drive user testing sessions across multiple project phases, documenting key insights and translating them into actionable design recommendations.
What You'll Need
- Proven contract experience as a UX Designer, specifically working on complex portals, dashboards, or self-service platforms.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong background in usability testing and user research, with the ability to secure stakeholder sign-off through evidence-based design.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to navigate technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to manage complex deliverables and present clear design rationales to senior stakeholders.

- Stable 6-month initial contract with high potential for further impact.
- Flexible hybrid working model with just one day per week in the Manchester office.
- Opportunity to lead design on high-visibility tools used by thousands of customers and internal staff.
