We’re partnering with a small, specialist consultancy delivering into a high-impact government programme, and they’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a mobile application project focused on medical data.

This is a really interesting piece of work involving a Kotlin-based mobile app, including advanced functionality such as speech-to-text using specialised medical language models. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, helping shape requirements, define user journeys, and ensure successful delivery in a secure, highly regulated environment.

💼 The Role

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Work closely with engineering, testing, and product teams
• Translate complex needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support delivery across the full project lifecycle
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity

🛠️ Experience Required

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on digital / mobile projects
• Ability to work in agile environments and produce high-quality documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with technical teams (ideally mobile / cloud / AI-led solutions)
• Exposure to regulated environments (government, defence, healthcare) is a plus
