Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Nonprofit Cloud)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Nonprofit Cloud to support the delivery and optimisation of CRM solutions within a mission-driven environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable CRM processes (eg fundraising, donor management, programmes)

• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and functional specifications

• Work with technical teams to support configuration, testing and deployment

• Support data migration, data quality and reporting requirements

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and user training to drive adoption

• Ensure solutions align with nonprofit objectives and best practices

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (or NPSP)

• Strong understanding of nonprofit processes (fundraising, grants, donor journeys)

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outputs

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (eg Administrator, Business Analyst)

• Experience with integrations, data migration or reporting tools

• Background in nonprofit or social impact organisations
