Leading business is looking to bring in a Data Analyst to help transform how they engage with customers through highly personalised, data-driven communications. Sitting at the intersection of data, marketing, and customer experience, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive relevance, loyalty, and long-term value.

You'll play a key role in refining and connecting multiple data sources, creating a trusted view of customers, and enabling smarter, more timely marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise ETL/ELT data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into core systems and CRM platforms
• Transform raw data into reliable, CRM-ready datasets
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate data across core systems
• Support the delivery of a modern marketing tech stack
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Develop dashboards and reports to support marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Data Analyst with experience in data analysis, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline development
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and automation
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (eg Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and modern marketing data tools
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, and webhooks
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset

Python experience is highly desirable.
