We're working with a global leader in high-tech engineering and digital transformation on this exciting opportunity.

Are you an expert in cloud architecture looking to lead a 6-month Outside IR35 project? We are seeking a high-caliber BI/Data Engineer to architect and optimize high-performance data environments using the full Azure stack, transforming raw data into high-impact business intelligence.

The Role

• Design and develop scalable end-to-end Azure Data Warehouse solutions to support enterprise-level decision making.
• Engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to streamline data movement across the ecosystem.
• Implement complex data models using Star and Snowflake schemas within Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Build and deploy sophisticated Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time, actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Automate business workflows and integrate disparate data processes using Power Automate to drive operational efficiency.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience in Data Warehouse development with a deep specialization in the Microsoft Azure Data stack.
• Mastery of SQL and T-SQL, featuring advanced performance tuning and query optimization skills.
• Proven track record delivering projects using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for high-end data visualization and complex DAX modeling.
• Strong background in dimensional modeling and architectural best practices for modern cloud data platforms.
