Role: Solution Architect - PLM & Enterprise Systems

Rate: £650 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: (12-Month Contract) with a possibility of extension

Location: Dartford, Kent (3 days per week on-site)

We are seeking a high-caliber Solution Architect to lead the architectural vision across our clients Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and non-SAP enterprise landscape. This is a critical role in a complex, multi-system environment where you will bridge the gap between engineering, HR, and manufacturing operations.

You will be the technical authority ensuring that our clients specialist platforms are seamlessly integrated, scalable, and aligned with their broader digital transformation goals.

• PLM Expertise: Proven track record in PLM architecture within complex industrial or engineering environments.
• Broad Functional Reach: Significant experience managing enterprise systems beyond core ERP (experience with HRIS or Workforce Management is a plus).
• Integration Specialist: Deep understanding of how to connect PLM data with ERP and MES layers.
• Technical Environment: Comfortable navigating multi-vendor environments and defining roadmaps for specialist platforms.
• Communication: Ability to simplify complex architectural concepts for non-technical leadership.
