Contract Description

I am currently looking for a Change Adoption Analyst to provide analytical, planning, and governance support across the technology transformation and change portfolios - including Lending, Online Banking, and cross‑platform initiatives.A key part of this role is to design and mobilise the Benefits Realisation Methodology, particularly focused on Investment Requests.

Requirements:

  • Support the Change Adoption Manager in overseeing adherence to the change and adoption framework across multiple tech portfolios.
  • Review project plans and artefacts to ensure adoption activities (comms, training, readiness, impacts) are included and sequenced correctly.
  • Maintain consolidated reporting dashboards covering adoption readiness, risks, issues, and status summaries for senior leadership.
  • Define and document the Benefits Realisation Methodology for technology transformation portfolios.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, benefit modelling, or performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting change, transformation, business readiness, or PMO functions.
  • Understanding of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, stakeholder mapping, comms planning).
  • Familiarity with benefits tracking, investment case development, or financial modelling.

This is an initial 6 month engagement paying up to £500/day Outside IR35 working 3 days onsite in London and 2 Remote.
