Project Manager/ Program Manager - Workplace Transformation Lead


12 month contract (extendable) - mainly remote - outside IR35 - ASAP start


We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Program Manager to support a global workplace transformation for their office transformation project.


Role Overview:

The Project Manager/ Program Manager will support delivery of a office transformation project, coordinating activities across the EMEA and ensuring delivery against the programme. The Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors as well as suppliers to manage timelines, track dependencies, coordinate workstreams and maintain clear reporting on status, risks and milestones. The role will initially focus on the Office Footprint, but soon the manager is expected to support an additional programme and will therefore manage multiple initiatives in parallel.


Experience Required by Project Manager / Program Manager:

• Project or programme management experience (minimum 6 years)

• Coordinating cross-functional programmes involving business, operational and technology stakeholders

• Delivering workplace, facilities, office relocation or workplace transformation initiatives

• Managing vendors and third-party suppliers

• Operating in fast-paced international environments


• Experience delivering IT infrastructure or workplace technology changes associated with office moves or workplace transformation would be beneficial.

• However, this is not a pure technology delivery programme and is not suited to candidates whose experience is exclusively focused on ERP, CRM or large-scale software implementation projects
