Business Analyst – Private Equity - Contract (Outside IR35) - London (Hybrid)

My client, a leading private equity organisation is hiring a hands-on Business Analyst to join their change management function in London on an initial 6 month contract – outside IR35.

You will be at the heart of transformation shaping end to end processes, documenting new processes using BlueWorks or equivalent BPM tools and working directly with senior stakeholders to overall enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Private equity / investment management background as Business Analyst
• Proven experience in business process modelling & documentation – ideally BlueWorks experience but open to other BPM tools
• Strong analytical and detail-orientated approach
• Confident, proactive, and not afraid to challenge when required
