Security Architect

A Global Manufacturing Organisation requires a Contract Security Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide security strategies within a complex manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong blend of IT architecture expertise and deep cyber security knowledge, with a focus on aligning security controls to business and operational technology needs.

• Day Rate: £600pd
• IR35 Status: Outside
• Duration: 6 months initially
• Trave: 3 days a week in Kent office

This Security Architect will have the previous following experience:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security architecture across IT and OT environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite
• Define, implement, and continuously improve security controls in line with ISO 27001 and broader industry frameworks
• Provide architectural oversight across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and manufacturing systems to embed security by design
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate security requirements into scalable, resilient solutions across global operations
• Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, particularly within manufacturing and industrial control system contexts
