Elite 3E Implementation Specialist (Interim)

Hybrid | UK | 3-6 months | Urgent start - Outside IR35

We're seeking a highly experienced Elite 3E Implementation Specialist to step into a critical interim role with a professional services firm undergoing system stabilisation following a complex 3E rollout.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you'll take ownership of diagnosing and resolving data, integration, and performance issues across a finance ecosystem built on Elite 3E, bespoke platforms, and Microsoft Azure.

You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and external developers to:

• Stabilise system performance and improve data integrity
• Resolve reconciliation and integration issues
• Enhance SQL/database performance and reliability
• Introduce structured testing and delivery discipline
• Strengthen architecture, technical design, and governance

We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise (SQL, integrations, Azure) with strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management-someone comfortable bringing clarity, control, and momentum to a complex environment.

Ideal background:
ERP/finance systems specialist, technical delivery lead, or transformation interim with strong 3E experience and a track record of stabilising challenged implementations.
