Job Title: Solution Architect - Case Management Programme

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 - 3 days onsite)

Contract Type: 6 Outside IR35 Contract


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a major programme delivering a modern case management system. This role will be critical in shaping the end-to-end architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enabling a scalable, secure, and user-centric solution.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to design and govern solutions that support complex case management processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the solution architecture for the case management implementation
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical designs
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and governance
  • Lead architectural design workshops and provide guidance to delivery teams
  • Oversee integration with existing systems, including APIs, data platforms, and third-party services
  • Support vendor selection and manage technical relationships where applicable
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and future-state architecture


Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong background in case management systems (e.g., CRM, workflow, or BPM platforms)
  • Experience with system integration, including APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
  • Knowledge of data architecture, security, and compliance considerations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments


Desirable Experience
  • Familiarity with legal, public sector or regulated industry environments
  • Cloud platform experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
