Responsibilities:Product Manager services for Defence Digital. MOD will prioritise the items in the backlog but will not supervise, direct or control how the work is delivered. Specifically:

Service Roadmap

• A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations and enhancements.
• Aligned to strategic needs.
• Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment and operational needs.

Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework

• A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
• Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
• Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.

Risk & Compliance Tracking as required

• Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities.
• Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required

• Regular updates to governance bodies.
• Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
• Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions

Must Have Skills

• Roadmapping & prioritisation.
• Understanding of the MOD technical environment & compliance
• Independent product leadership.

• Managing and prioritising the backlog
