Contract Software Developer (TypeScript / JavaScript) – Fully Remote (SC Cleared)

🚀 Role: Full Stack Software Developer (50/50 Frontend & Backend)

📍 Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

🔐 Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

💰 Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35)

📆 Contract Length: 6 Months

We’re working with a fast-moving organisation looking to bring in an experienced SC Cleared Software Developer with strong TypeScript / JavaScript expertise to support ongoing delivery across a modern, cloud-based platform.

🔧 Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
• Modern development practices (CI/CD, API-driven development, etc.)

✅ Key Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (essential)
• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript & JavaScript
• Proven experience building applications using React and Node.js
• Comfortable working across the full stack (50/50 split)
• Experience working in fully remote, distributed teams
• Ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Exposure to public sector or regulated environments
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
