Salesforce Consultant (Telco) | £400 - £500 | Outside IR35 | 6 Months | Fully Remote

We're recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Consultant for a 6-Month contract role. This is a pivotal role supporting a Telco client launching a new product line requiring scalable service processes, custom solutions and optimised customer journeys. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a fully remote basis.

Key Requirements

• Deliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for new digital product launches.
• Configure scalable Sales Cloud processes supporting high-volume customer journeys and workflows.
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce and core telco billing and provisioning systems.
• Develop performant service experiences using Omni-Studio and industry-aligned best practices.
• Telco industry experience is highly beneficial for this role.
