Lead Test Engineer at Rullion Ltd, West Midlands (County), £500 to £550 per Day

Lead Test Engineer - Outside IR35 - 6 Month Engagement - (Birmingham Centre) - Office once per week

We are seeking an experienced Programme Test Lead to support a major public sector transformation programme. You will lead the design and delivery of a structured, outcome-driven testing capability across a complex ecosystem of systems, suppliers, and services.

• Define and implement a programme-level test strategy
• Ensure end-to-end journey validation
• Establish integration testing across multiple systems
• Deliver and scale test automation capability
• Provide assurance, reporting, and risk visibility
• Support handover and future roadmap planning

• Programme-level test leadership experience
• Strong integration and end-to-end testing expertise
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers
• Public sector experience desirable
