My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Data Migration Architect with Active SC clearance to join a business-critical programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data migration strategy and architecture - defining scope, principles, sequencing, cutover patterns, and ensuring alignment with integration and coexistence approaches.
• Define what data migrates vs. archives and sets rules for clinical safety, governance, quality, validation, cleansing, and exception handling.
• Consume and validate analytical inputs (profiling, quality assessments, READ↔SNOMED impacts) to identify migration‑specific risks.
• Design source‑to‑canonical mappings and target data representations, covering DMICP, archives, staging environments, and downstream consumers.
• Provide architectural oversight during development, ensuring engineers implement the design accurately and resolving design‑related issues.
• Approves and assures migration execution, including reconciliation, verification, auditability, and clinical safety evidence for rehearsal and live runs.
• Drives continuous improvement, supporting post‑migration assurance, lessons learned, and future migration planning (e.g., additional data domains).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have Active SC.
