Location: Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite, Wiltshire

Day Rate: £400-£450 p/d

F5 are delighted to be partnering with a leading Digital Agency, who has strong ties to the Public Sector. They are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to support an end client on some digital projects over the next 4 months.

This role requires candidates to be onsite 1-2 days a week in Wiltshire, however there is some flexibility here.

Skills & Experience

• Delivery of complex products - Proven ability to deliver high-risk, complex products or services at pace while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Risk management - Skilled at identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and dependencies to protect delivery and reduce organisational exposure.
• Agile practice - Experienced in coaching and leading teams in pragmatic Agile practices within complex environments.
• Stakeholder management - Effective at influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and constructively challenging when needed.
• Communication - Strong mediator and communicator, able to adapt style and approach for diverse audiences and strengthen relationships.
• Lifecycle management - Able to engage the right people at the right time to progress work through its life cycle and deliver value, onboarding quickly into complex contexts.
• Maintaining momentum - Keeps delivery on track through workflow optimisation, even during organisational change or uncertainty.
• Handover & knowledge transfer - Rapid to onboard and able to deliver structured, thorough handovers to ensure continuity.

Because of the areas you will be operating in, candidates will be required to go through BPSS checks.
