Data Transformation Delivery Manager – Digital Transformation Programme
Location: Primarily remote, occasional travel to office in Dorset
Contract: 12-month initial term (with strong likelihood of extension to April 2027)
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week equivalent)
Rate: c.£625 per day Outside IR35
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Transformation Delivery Manager (DTDL) to play a critical role within our Digital Transformation Programme (DTP). This programme aims to deliver a fully integrated approach to managing core business processes, incorporating a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and modernising several systems.
The DTDL will work closely with Project Managers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure data readiness, migration, quality, integration, governance, and reporting are embedded into programme delivery plans. The role is pivotal in managing dependencies across teams and projects, ensuring data capabilities are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Fundraising, CRM, and People Services data are newer areas, creating opportunities to work across broader data domains.
