DV-Cleared Security SME Opportunity - Corsham (Onsite)

I'm supporting a key Defence partner with a 6-month contract for an on-site Security Subject Matter Expert in Corsham. This role sits at the heart of a high-assurance environment, working closely with MOD stakeholders and providing end-to-end security assurance across systems, applications, and infrastructure.Key details:

• Location: Corsham (Onsite)
• Clearance: DV + additional clearances (UK-only nationals incl. spouse)
• Rate:(outside IR35)
• Length: 6 months

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the on-site security authority alongside MOD
• Providing full security assurance and formal sign-off
• Reviewing security architecture & technical designs
• Overseeing SIEM, monitoring, and forensic readiness
• Leading and assessing penetration testing & vulnerability work
• Approving secure code reviews and release changes
• Assessing software suppliers and product risks
• Producing clear, auditable security documentation
