AI Project Manager (Contract Outside IR35 Fully Remote)
We are working with a leading insurance company looking for a Claude Enterprise Adoption Manager to lead the rollout and adoption of Claude Enterprise across the organisation. This is a fully remote contract role (Outside IR35) with an initial duration of 3–6 months.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, change management, and user enablement, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value.
The Role You will take ownership of the day-to-day rollout and adoption strategy, working closely with stakeholders to drive engagement, optimise usage, and support users across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Claude Enterprise across the organisation
• Build and execute the adoption plan, including onboarding, communications, training, and engagement initiatives
• Develop clear internal messaging around use cases, best practices, and platform value
• Deliver training sessions, demos, office hours, and enablement materials
• Manage licence administration (assignment, removal, monitoring)
• Track platform usage and adoption across teams and user groups
• Produce regular reporting for senior leadership on usage, adoption, spend, and ROI
• Monitor and optimise licence usage and overall platform spend
• Act as the first point of contact for user queries, issues, and requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
• Support ROI measurement through metrics, case studies, and business impact insights
• Continuously improve governance, enablement, and rollout strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience rolling out an enterprise SaaS platform across a large organisation
• Strong background in change management, user adoption, training, and internal communications
• Experience with platform administration (user provisioning, licence management, access governance)
• Ability to produce usage reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and translating usage into business value
• A hands-on, support-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and improve user experience

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI tools / generative AI platforms (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
• Experience supporting or leading AI platform rollouts
