We’re hiring experienced Flutter Developers at both mid and senior levels to support a leading UK investment platform on a long-term mobile app programme.
 
About the Role
You’ll become part of a large-scale mobile development initiative, contributing to a widely used app with a strong focus on performance, stability, and user experience.
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you’ll help design, build, and deliver features that operate reliably in a live production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support robust Flutter applications used in production
• Take ownership of features from development through to deployment
• Contribute to a range of testing practices including unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end
• Help enhance app performance, scalability, and code quality
• Work with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
• Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams
• Promote and follow best practices in software development

 
Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in a commercial setting
• Track record of delivering mobile applications to production
• Understanding of testing frameworks and automation
• Exposure to CI/CD processes within mobile development
• Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Solid understanding of mobile performance and user experience principles
