We’re looking for experienced Full Stack Architects, Integration Architects, and a Database Architect to help shape a modern, scalable, and cloud-first technology landscape within a complex enterprise environment. These are high-impact roles driving application, integration, and data platform strategy.

Full Stack Architect - Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve full-stack technology strategy across front-end, back-end, and platforms
• Design scalable applications using React, Python, Node.js, Java, and C#
• Establish best practices for APIs, microservices, and RESTful services
• Collaborate across cloud, integration, data, and security architecture domains
• Guide engineering teams on tooling, frameworks, and standards
• Drive adoption of cloud-native, modular application ecosystems

Full Stack Architect - Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Full Stack Architect or senior technical leadership role
• Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies
• Deep understanding of microservices and API-led architecture
• Experience defining technology stacks in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
• Exposure to Endur and/or Energy Trading is beneficial

Integration Architect - Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead integration strategy across core platforms and third-party systems
• Design event-driven, data-centric architectures (pub-sub, API-led connectivity)
• Evaluate middleware, integration patterns, and architectural approaches
• Drive scalable, loosely coupled systems using Kafka and API ecosystems
• Align solutions with enterprise goals across business and technology stakeholders
• Provide governance and guidance to delivery teams

Integration Architect - Key Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise Integration Architecture
• Expertise in event-driven architecture, pub-sub, and API-led design
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and integration frameworks
• Strong communication and architectural decision-making skills
• Experience across complex, multi-system environments
• Exposure to Endur is advantageous

Database Architect - Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead database strategy, including migration from Oracle to SQL Server in the cloud
• Design scalable, resilient, and well-governed database platforms
• Lead migration activities (PL/SQL to T-SQL conversion, data movement, validation)
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and optimisation
• Define capacity planning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on infrastructure and platform alignment
• Establish best practices for database operations and maintenance

Database Architect - Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on Database Architect
• Deep expertise in SQL Server (performance tuning, optimisation, monitoring)
• Experience migrating Oracle databases to SQL Server
• Strong understanding of high availability, sizing, and recovery strategies
• Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments
• Exposure to Endur and/or Energy Trading (Oil & Gas) is beneficial
