Performance Analyst at Damia Group LTD, England, 3 Months, £400-£500 per day

Performance Analyst - Remote - Market Rates - Outside IR35 - 2/3 months+

My client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are looking for a Performance Analyst to support central government client, working in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

The role will focus on shaping and implementing performance measurement approaches across discovery and Alpha phase projects.

Must have experience:

Working within a discovery/Alpha phase with a focus on creating a performance framework

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Performance Analyst within government or public sector digital services
• Strong understanding of GDS standards and service life cycle (discovery, Alpha, beta, live)
• Experience designing performance frameworks and defining KPIs
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams

This temporary contract is outside IR35 and will be delivered on a statement-of-work basis. The supplier will determine the method, resources, and approach to deliver the agreed outcomes
