Ready to make a serious impact on a major transformation programme? We're looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst who's equal parts strategist, problem-solver and influencer - someone who can turn complex business challenges into elegant, scalable processes that simply work.

You'll play a key role in a large-scale, tech-enabled transformation programme, partnering with Business Architects and senior stakeholders to design seamless, future-ready processes that deliver real customer and operational value.

• Leading detailed business process design across multiple functional areas
• Translating high-level operating models into actionable, effective processes
• Acting as the bridge between operational teams and technology
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and driving stakeholder alignment
• Providing thought leadership across process design, optimisation and governance
• Supporting implementation, testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Process Analyst
• Strong background in BPMN, process design and enterprise-level transformation
• Skilled communicator who can influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS
• Excellent analytical mindset with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
• Experience working closely with Business Architects and cross-functional teams

• 6-month contract
• Outside IR35
• Hybrid - London (2-3 days per week onsite)
