Business Analyst (Process) – 14 Month Contract - Outside IR35 at Anson Mccade, Jersey, £Contract Rate

Location: Relocation to Jersey required

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Process) to support a major transformation programme involving Business Central and integration with a wider benefits platform.

This role will focus on process mapping, requirements definition, and supporting design, testing, and go-live readiness across business and technical teams.

• Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps

• Define and baseline functional and non-functional requirements

• Support gap analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Define data and integration requirements

• Support UAT, defect triage, and sign-off

• Contribute to cutover planning and business readiness

• Maintain RAID and provide weekly reporting

• Strong experience in complex transformation programmes

• Proven background in process mapping and requirements gathering

• Experience supporting testing and UAT

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
