Test Automation Lead at Anson Mccade, Jersey, £Contract Rate

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to oversee all testing activities for a major Business Central (ERP) implementation and its integrations.

This is a senior role responsible for test strategy, planning, execution oversight, defect management, and go-live readiness, ensuring full end-to-end quality across functional and non-functional testing.

• Define and manage the Test Strategy and Master Plan

• Oversee SIT, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing

• Lead defect triage and risk management

• Provide weekly reporting and governance updates

• Support go-live, closure reporting, and hypercare

• Strong background in ERP testing

• Experience with integration/API testing

• Knowledge of performance and security testing

• Experience using JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence
