SAP Delivery Manager & Architect - 18 Month Contract outside IR35

Strong preference for relocation to Jersey

Role Summary A dual-track leadership role requiring a technical authority to design S/4HANA solutions while managing end-to-end delivery. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring a "Clean Core" approach and high-quality deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Define S/4HANA roadmaps, BTP integration strategies, and landscape design.
• Governance: Lead design reviews to minimize technical debt and custom code.
• Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle using SAP Activate or Agile; manage SI partners and offshore teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical translator for C-suite and business leads.

Technical Requirements

• ERP: Deep S/4HANA (Finance/Logistics) and ECC 6.0 expertise.
• Dev/UX: Strong ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and Fiori background.
• Platform: Hands-on SAP BTP (Integration/Extension Suite).
• Data: Proficiency in HANA DB architecture and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Core Certs: SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA) or Development Specialist (ABAP for HANA).
• Advanced Certs: SAP Solution Architect or TOGAF (preferred).
• Management: PMP or PRINCE2.

Core Skills

• Expert at navigating "RISE with SAP" transitions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex middleware and BAPI issues.
• Strong conflict resolution and vendor management skills.
