SAP Programme Manager Specification - Outside IR35 - 18 Month Contract
Role Overview Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP initiatives (S/4HANA migrations/Global Templates), managing the interface between executive leadership, workstreams, and third-party SIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery: Drive full-lifecycle SAP programmes using SAP Activate or Agile/Waterfall hybrids.
- Governance: Manage programme boards, steering committees, and RAID logs.
- Financials: Oversee multi-million dollar budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and vendor SOWs.
- Resources: Lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, OCM, and Data).
- Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and legacy landscapes.
Core Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in IT Delivery; 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations as a Lead/PM.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and business process re-engineering.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience managing Tier 1 System Integrators.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate.
