Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist with strong hands-on capability across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The successful candidate will support the setup, enablement, and governance of enterprise AI platforms, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable delivery.
This role requires a blend of AI engineering, Power Platform expertise, architectural awareness, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and configuration of AI Foundry in an enterprise environment.
- Design, build, and support AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, and Prompt Flow.
- Work with the Power Platform suite, including Copilot Studio, connectors, plugin model, and ALM pipelines.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure robust identity, access, and network configurations.
- Implement and maintain data governance standards across AI workloads.
- Apply enterprise controls including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Purview data catalogue, and sensitivity labels.
- Provide clear technical documentation and communicate complex AI architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support continuous improvement across AI development, testing, and release processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience standing up AI Foundry environments.
- Strong hands-on capability with the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Network security principles
- Deep working knowledge of:
- Copilot Studio Architecture
- Connectors & plugin model
- ALM pipelines/deployment practices
- Experience with Azure AI services, including:
- Azure OpenAI Service
- Azure AI Studio
- Prompt Flow (basics)
- Strong grounding in data governance & compliance, including:
- DLP policies
- Microsoft Purview
- Data classification & sensitivity labels
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical designs and decisions clearly.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in public sector or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale cloud governance frameworks.
- Exposure to modern DevOps or MLOps practices.
