Integration Delivery Manager at Haystack, London, £500-£600 per day

We're working with a leading global specialist recruitment consultancy on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-impact Integration Delivery Lead to spearhead a major IT transformation programme, driving the technical and operational alignment of complex enterprise systems.

In this high-visibility role, you will be the glue between technical architects and senior business leaders, ensuring that large-scale data migrations and platform consolidations are delivered on time and within budget. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the future digital landscape of a major organisation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of a unified IT integration plan, managing complex interdependencies across various technical and operational workstreams.
• Partner with the Digital PMO to provide high-level reporting on milestones, risks, and resource pressures using Jira and MS Project.
• Architect risk mitigation strategies for critical areas including data migration, platform consolidation, and business continuity.
• Orchestrate change management activities, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Drive resource planning and prioritization discussions, directly managing smaller technical workstreams to ensure momentum.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven track record as an Integration Delivery Lead or Programme Manager within large-scale enterprise IT environments.
• Deep expertise in project management tools, specifically Jira and MS Project, for tracking complex delivery portfolios.
• Strong technical literacy with an understanding of ITIL practices, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Governance principles.
• Mastery of hybrid delivery approaches, blending Agile and Waterfall frameworks to suit complex digital transformations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior IT leadership and navigate large organisational change.
