IT Business Analyst (QMS) - Contract at CODA Technology Services, Surrey, £Contract Rate

Contract Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the early phases of a Quality Management (QMS) system implementation project. This is an initial 6 month project working with a global retail organisation (outside IR35). Largely remote with occasional office visits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document high-level business requirements for the QMS, including key must-have capabilities.
  • Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, usability, etc.).
  • Prepare tender documentation and support the procurement process.
  • Lead the RFI/RFP process & evaluation.
  • Support the development of the business case for implementation.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise system implementation projects for QMS, LMS, or risk Management systems (or ERP if it includes QMS/LMS/RMS).
  • Experience of working in a global complex environment.
  • Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting procurement processes (RFI / RFP / tender).
  • Strong global stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Project Management experience (desirable) – for potential next phase.
  • ISO9001 knowledge (desirable).
