We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the early phases of a Quality Management (QMS) system implementation project. This is an initial 6 month project working with a global retail organisation (outside IR35). Largely remote with occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document high-level business requirements for the QMS, including key must-have capabilities.
- Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, usability, etc.).
- Prepare tender documentation and support the procurement process.
- Lead the RFI/RFP process & evaluation.
- Support the development of the business case for implementation.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise system implementation projects for QMS, LMS, or risk Management systems (or ERP if it includes QMS/LMS/RMS).
- Experience of working in a global complex environment.
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience supporting procurement processes (RFI / RFP / tender).
- Strong global stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Project Management experience (desirable) – for potential next phase.
- ISO9001 knowledge (desirable).
