Job Title: ITSM Solutions Architect

Job Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in London)

Day Rate: £500/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Contract Length: 6 months

ITSM Solutions Architect - Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM architectures that integrate with internal and external systems using APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead API integration strategies between ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, engineering, and operations teams) to translate business requirements into technical ITSM solutions.
• Define integration standards and governance for APIs, microservices, and service management workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight during solution design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ITSM services.

ITSM Solutions Architect - Required Experience

• 5+ years experience in ITSM Solutions Architecture or similar role, delivering enterprise service management solutions.
• Strong expertise in API design and integration, including RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with major ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Jira Service Management.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices, service lifecycle management, and automation within IT operations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
