Interim Training Lead - Day Rate (Outside IR35)

We're currently working with a leading PE-backed Entertainment company in their search for an Interim Training Lead. The role will run for an initial 3 month period with the view to extend after this time. Hybrid - London Office.

Our client is looking for this person to run discovery + recommendation style support to look at basic training platform options and how to connect these with the new HRIS. They want to host a simple platform that other functional leaders can add content to. Due to the industry they operate in, health and safety is very important, so they need to be able to manage compliance effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep Training experience
• Have reviewed and recommended training platforms to organisations where health and safety is a key concern
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• Be available at short notice
• Depth of knowledge on training platforms and how to integrate with HRIS
