AI Product Manager - London Market Insurance - London/Hybrid - OUTSIDE IR35.

Our client, a leading London Market insurance firm based in the City of London, is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the adoption, implementation and scaling of Artificial Intelligence solutions within the business. This role will focus on defining and delivering an AI roadmap delivering secure, compliant, and scalable AI products that enhance underwriting, risk assessment and claims processing.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the insurance sector, preferably within Lloyd's syndicates or broader commercial insurance markets, with a focus on AI or advanced analytics products;
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, Azure, MLOps, and information security;
• Strong understanding of generative AI architectures and operations;
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value and risk mitigation benefits relevant to underwriting and claims functions;
• Sound understanding of the Lloyd's and company market structure, including its operational, regulatory, and competitive landscape; and
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising at C-suite level and across technical and business teams.
