Job Summary
A leading transformation consultancy looking for Project/Change/Transformation Managers and Business Analysts with Operational and Technology project experience.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients’ current business processes and technological infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organisational goals and identify areas where digital solutions can add value.
• Develop detailed transformation strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of new digital tools, platforms, or systems.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and support to client teams during and after the implementation phase.
• Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies to continuously enhance consultancy offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project/change/transformation and business analysis within a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with project ad transformation frameworks, methodologies, and tools is desirable.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging technology to drive organisational change and improve business performance through innovative digital strategies.

Pay: Up to £450.00 per day
